The Labour care platform is a system that has been designed in collaboration with Consumers, Industry Leaders and Software Experts to deliver a seamless experience. On Labour Care you have the flexibility to select your supports and book whenever you need.
With Labour Care Supports you’re not limited to the support that you can use, so whether you are an individual or a company looking for support you will be able to access qualified workers. When you post your job you can select which skills and requirements you need and the system will match you to supports with all the correct qualifications.
Yes! You do not need to be under any funding when you sign up you can select where you would like the invoices to be sent.
For Government Funding you nominate where the invoices need to be sent, and we send the invoices, if you are Self-Funded or Self Managing a Government Package then you will need to add in your credit card details.
You can select the Chat pop out to contact our team or select the contact us tab and send us a message, if you have a concern about a support that was provided you can log into the app or into your most recent shift and click the notify button. We also have a 24-hour emergency support line that you can call in the event that you are concerned about you, your loved one or your support workers safety.
